1. Who we are

2. What we collect

Enquiry details you send us (name, WhatsApp number, event details); basic website analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate location); and photographs taken at events, which may include identifiable people.

3. Why we collect it

To reply to enquiries, provide quotes, deliver our services and invoice; to improve this website; and to show our work in our portfolio and marketing, subject to section 6.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example website hosting, email and cloud storage) and where required by law.

5. Keeping your data

We keep enquiry details for 12 months after our last contact unless a project is ongoing. Event photographs are kept for at least 12 months.

6. Photographs and removal requests

Our clients are responsible for informing attendees that photography is taking place. For events involving children or schools we require consent from the organiser, school or guardians. If you appear in an image on our website and want it removed, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

7. Your rights
