This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service outline how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, as well as the terms governing our premium photography and graphic design services. By using our website and submitting an inquiry, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Information Collection

When you interact with our website, request a quote, or book our services, we collect specific personal and project-related data to facilitate our services. This includes: Name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, event location (Hong Kong), event dates, requested services, and budgets. We do not sell your personal data.

2. Cookies & Website Tracking

Our website uses essential cookies to ensure a smooth user experience and manage secure admin routing. By continuing to use our website, you consent to these essential cookies.

3. Image Rights, Media Usage & Client Privacy

Copyright & Ownership: Creative Studios retains the copyright to all media created by our team unless a full buyout is explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Portfolio Usage & Privacy: We deeply respect client privacy. For religious events, community gatherings, and youth-focused events, we enforce a strict privacy protocol. We will never publish images from these specific events on our public portfolio or social media without explicit, signed permission from the client or authorized community leader.
Final Deliverables (No RAW Files): Creative Studios delivers fully edited, color-graded final files. We do not release unedited RAW files under any circumstances.

4. Bookings, Payments & Logistics

Retainers: All bookings require a signed digital agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance is due upon final file delivery.
Location Limitations: Creative Studios operates exclusively within Hong Kong. We do not accept bookings or travel requests for Macau, Mainland China, or international locations. Standard packages cover local Hong Kong shoots only.
Turnaround Times: Standard delivery is 5 to 7 business days for photography, and 10 to 14 days for video and graphic design.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Studios, its founder, and its contractors absolutely disclaim all liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from our services, including but not limited to loss of data, hardware failure, business interruption, or missed deadlines. We assume no financial liability whatsoever. In the event of an unavoidable failure to deliver services, Creative Studios is under no legal obligation to issue a refund, and no financial compensation will be provided.

7. Strict No-Refund Policy

All sales, payments, retainers, and final balances are strictly final and non-refundable. Once a payment is submitted to Creative Studios, it will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to client cancellation, project delays, change of scope, or subjective dissatisfaction with the final deliverables.

8. Force Majeure

Creative Studios is not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, government restrictions, or equipment failure.

9. Data Protection Rights (PDPO Compliance)

We process your data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the HKSAR. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by us at any time by contacting our email.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the HKSAR.
