A 30% deposit confirms your date. The balance is due on the day of the event unless agreed otherwise.
7 or more days before the event: no charge and the deposit is refunded. Less than 7 days but more than 48 hours: 50% of the fee. 48 hours or less, or no-show: 100% of the fee. If the event is postponed because of a typhoon signal No. 8 or above, severe weather or a venue or government decision, we will reschedule in good faith;
Edited photos are delivered within 3 days of the event in a private online gallery. Next-morning highlights are delivered by 10:00 AM the following day. Each package includes the number of edited photos stated on the Pricing section; additional edited photos are HK$100 each.
If you ask the photographer to continue beyond the agreed finish time, overtime is HK$1,250 per hour, billed in 30-minute blocks.
The photographer owns the copyright. You may use the delivered photos for your own website, social media and marketing. Paid advertising, use by sponsors or third parties, and resale need written consent and may carry an additional fee. The photographer may use the photos in his portfolio and marketing.
The client is responsible for venue permissions, for informing guests that photography is taking place, and for telling the photographer about guests who must not be photographed. The photographer may decline any position he reasonably considers unsafe.
He will tell you immediately, refund your deposit in full.
If photos cannot be delivered in whole or in part for reasons beyond the photographer's reasonable control, his only liability is to refund the fee for the undelivered part. His total liability is limited to the fee paid.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
